Effective April 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Kensho Ventures LLC (“Kensho Ventures,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the website at kensho-ventures.com and any applications we publish (together, the “Services”). We believe in collecting as little personal information as possible and only using what we collect for clearly stated purposes.

By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide directly. When you email us at admin@kensho-ventures.com, join the Unfolding waitlist, or otherwise contact us, we receive your email address, the content of your message, and any other information you choose to share. We do not operate user accounts on this website, so we do not collect usernames, passwords, names, or billing information through it.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) generates standard server logs when you visit the site. These logs may include your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and the date and time of the request. This information is used by Vercel for security, fraud prevention, uptime monitoring, and to serve the site reliably. We do not use these logs for advertising or behavioral tracking.

Cookies and similar technologies. This website does not set first-party cookies, and we do not load third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking scripts. If we add analytics or cookies in the future, we will update this Policy and, where required by law, request your consent before any non-essential cookie is stored on your device.

2. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • respond to your questions, feedback, and support requests;
  • operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services, including diagnosing technical issues and preventing abuse;
  • comply with applicable laws, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our Terms of Use.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers. We do not use your information to build advertising profiles.

3. How we share information

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

  • Service providers. We use a small number of vendors to operate the Services, including our hosting provider Vercel Inc. These providers may process information on our behalf solely to provide their services and are bound by their own privacy commitments.
  • Legal requirements. We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request.
  • Protection of rights. We may disclose information to protect the rights, property, or safety of Kensho Ventures LLC, our users, or the public, including to prevent fraud or abuse.
  • Business transfers. If Kensho Ventures LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before any such transfer becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

4. Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with our legal obligations, or to resolve disputes. Email correspondence is retained for as long as it is useful for ongoing conversation, and then deleted.

5. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including encryption in transit via HTTPS and access controls on our administrative accounts. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information transmitted to or stored by us.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights with respect to the personal information we hold about you, including the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of that information, and the right to object to or restrict certain uses. These rights include, but are not limited to:

  • California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the California Privacy Rights Act, including the right to know, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information within the meaning of these laws.
  • EU, EEA, and UK residents may have rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR, including the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
